Teilnahme & Bieten
Jeder Neukunde muss eine Ausweiskopie zur Identifizierung und Altersnachweis vorlegen.

Teilnahme als Saalbieter: Sie benötigen eine Bieternummer, die Sie im Auktionssaal gegen Vorlage eines
Lichtbild-Ausweises (Reisepass/Personalausweis/ID-Card) erhalten.

Schriftliches Bieten: Sie benutzen das Formblatt ERSTEIGERUNGSAUFTRAG aus dem Katalog oder Website
und senden es uns per Post, Fax oder als Scan per E-Mail bis spätestens 27.03.2025 vor 14.00 Uhr zu.
 

Telefonisches Bieten: hierzu senden Sie uns das Formblatt ERSTEIGERUNGSAUFTRAG mit „Telefon“ und einer
oder zwei Telefonnummern. Wir rufen Sie an, geben aber keine Gewähr, dass die Verbindung zustande kommt.
Telefongebote sind ab einem Betrag von 350,00 Euro möglich. Telefonbieter müssen automatisch ein schriftliches
Gebot zum Limitpreis abgeben, das nur bei Nichtzustandekommen der Verbindung herangezogen wird.

Online Gebote abgeben: registrieren Sie sich auf unserer Website www.Landshuter-Ruestkammer.de im
Online-Katalog (Neukunden müssen hier eine Ausweiskopie für Bestätigung der Identität hochladen). Nach erfolgter
Freigabe geben dort direkt Ihre schriftlichen Gebote ab.
Registrierung bis 26.03.2025 15.00 Uhr, Gebotsabgabe bis 27.03.2025 15.00 Uhr.

Live Bidding: ist möglich über den deutschen Anbieter ANTIQUESSEARCH www.antiquessearch.com
Teilnahme ausschließlich mit Registrierung, die das Auktionshaus für jeden Kunden einzeln prüft. Neukunden
müssen zur Bestätigung der Identität eine Ausweiskopie mailen, ansonsten erfolgt keine Zulassung. Bei Live-
Bidding beträgt das Aufgeld 28% inkl. Steuer.

Die Registrierung muss bis spätestens 27.03.2025 vor 17.00 Uhr erfolgen.

Abholung und Versand von Auktionslosen
 

Eine Abholung ersteigerter Objekte und deren Bezahlung ist während der Auktion und der Geschäftszeiten möglich.
Die Bezahlung in EURO kann vorab als Überweisung oder in Bar (ab 10.000 Euro mit Ausweis) erfolgen, eine ECoder
Kreditkartenzahlung ist nicht möglich. Zahlreiche Bankfilialen ist in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Für einen Versand nutzen Sie bitte den Versanddienstleister Ihrer Wahl.
Wir selbst bieten einen freiwilligen Standardversand (siehe AGB) mit der Möglichkeit einer externen,
kostenpflichtigen Versandversicherung an. Ein Versand ersteigerter Auktionslose erfolgt erst nach vollständigem
Zahlungseingang und ausschließlich auf Kosten, Risiko und Gefahr des Auftraggebers nach unseren
Versteigerungsbedingungen.
Daneben ist ein besonderer Versand von Schusswaffen mit Transportversicherung über die Firma Overnite
Transport Service GmbH und ein Versand mit MBE MailBoxesEtc. Filiale Garching (Tel. 089/30666006) möglich.

Bidding and Shipment Information

The entire auction with post-sale is subject to the German auction Conditions of Sale of this auction house. By
placing a bid, each bidder expressly accepts the auction Conditions of Sale, so-called Versteigerungsbedingungen,
printed in the catalogue in German as part of the contract. Standard Commission charges / buyer‘s premium are
25% including VAT. VAT is not refundable. Lots always will be bought as cheaply as they consist with other bids.

Bidding in Person at the auction house you get a bidding number after showing your ID-Card.

Absentee Bidders please use the bidding form ERSTEIGERUNGSAUFTRAG of this catalogue only.
Lots shall be released after complete and cleared payment has been received at the company. It is necessary to
obtain your bids including your choice of shipment at the latest on Thursday, 27/03/2025, 2pm, by fax or postal
letter or email scan with your signature.

Bidding by Phone is possible for lots with a limit over 350 Euro and requires a written bid of this lot with the
catalogue limit price. Please use and send us the absentee bidding form including your complete phone number, your
choice of dispatch and mark the relevant lots. We will phone you. We cannot guarantee a telephone connection.

ONLINE Bids on our website
The current catalogue is available online on our website www.Landshuter-Ruestkammer.de. Here it is possible to
register as a customer and bidder with your ID-Card upload in order to place written bids directly in the online
catalogue for the auction. Attention: your registration must be done at the latest by 26/03/2025, 3pm.

LIVE Bidding is possible for our customers to participate live in the auction via the platform ANTIQUESSEARCH
(www.antiquessearch.com) and to place bids during the auction (with a premium of 28%). To participate, an online
registration on the ANTIQUESSEARCH platform is required 3 days before the auction starts, which will be
confirmed individually by the auctioneer. Registration must be not later than 27/03/2025 at 5pm.

During registration, new customers must upload a copy of their identity card, otherwise you will not be accepted.
Existing customers use their customer number or a copy of their identity card.

Bitte melden Sie sich bei uns rechtzeitig zuvor an. An beiden Auktionstagen Freitag & Samstag öffnet unser Haus um 09.00 Uhr, aber ausschließlich für angemeldete Saalbieter, für die ist noch eine eingeschränkte Besichtigung möglich.
